    Choosing a solar panel in the store I was faced with the choice of which solar panel to choose monocrystalline or polycrystalline? Can you help with that?

    It is important to understand that “Mono” is not worse or better than “Poly”, they are just different in the way of production. The main difference between monocrystalline solar cells and polycrystalline solar cells, with the same rated power, will only be the overall size of the solar panel and their cost. So in any case, the choice is yours and you can do it here.

    Polycrystal has a larger overall size for the same power rating and a winning price difference compared to monocrystal. I would choose it.

    So far, I have only installed solar panels for the garden. Now my garden is lit at night for free. In the near future I plan to install solar panels on the house.
