    What are the most popular and reputable real estate agencies in Turkey? I would like to buy a house in the Marmara region, but first I would like to get detailed advice from a real estate specialist.

    There is no single most popular agency. I can recommend at least 5, and each of them will have their own excellent listings of properties for sale in the area. You can open this site and see real estate listings from a wide variety of agencies, they are all trusted and reliable.
