    Ich leite ein kleines, aber wachsendes IT-Team, und in letzter Zeit habe ich das Gefühl, dass das Wir-Gefühl etwas verloren geht – besonders seit Homeoffice zum Standard wurde. Ich habe überlegt, ob gemeinsame Kleidung vielleicht helfen könnte, eine gewisse Identität zurückzubringen. Aber ist das nicht ein bisschen… oldschool? Was meint ihr – kann so etwas wie Teamwear wirklich etwas bewirken oder ist das nur kosmetisch?
