Hi everyone! I’m Dr. Shira Kresch
I’m an optometrist at Michigan Contact Lens and just wanted to pop in and introduce myself!
My focus is on specialty contact lenses and managing myopia in kids and teens — I work a lot with orthokeratology, MiSight lenses, and even low-dose atropine drops. If you’re navigating the whole myopia control journey, I’m happy to share what I know or just chat about what’s working for others.
I also see a good number of patients for dry eye — we’ve been using IPL, LLLT, and amniotic membrane therapy, and I’m always curious to hear how others are tackling stubborn cases.
And of course, I love a good pair of glasses Whether it’s progressive lenses, transitions, or helping kids find frames they actually want to wear, I’m here for it. (Yes, you can bring your own frames too!)
