    A steady sleep pattern of 7-9 hours each night can reduce excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS). Make your sleep environment dark, quiet, and cool. Limit coffee and alcohol, especially in the afternoon and evening. Stay active throughout day but avoid strenuous exercise before bed. Artvigil 150 mg is useful to treat excessive daytime sleepiness. Avoid late-day sleeping and take short, smart naps under 30 minutes. Practice meditation and deep breathing to reduce stress.
