Handling Wireless Networks Without Extra Stress

As more devices connect every day, managing WiFi can become messy very quickly. I experienced this when our office network started slowing down, and later using an Aruba wlan controller helped bring better control and stability. It made monitoring users and access points much easier than before. Now I’m wondering how others deal with this stage of growth. Do you prefer a centralized system or simple setups, and what problems did you face along the way?
