Fresh detective shows this year (2025)

I would really like to watch a good new detective story with an engaging plot and plenty of suspense. Sometimes you start watching a movie and it becomes obvious from the very first scenes who the main villain is. A classic detective with murders or kidnappings, where the protagonist searches for the criminal, would be fine as well. I also enjoy a combination of detective and thriller, as it keeps me in suspense until the very end. What can you advise?

The last thing I watched impressed me was the mini-series “Untamed”. This six-part mini-series gets off to a rousing start. In Yosemite National Park, two climbers are climbing a cliff when a dead girl falls on them, nearly dragging them into the abyss. Park ranger Kyle Turner takes on the investigation. Well, I won’t spoil it ) I’ll just say that the series is spectacular, the landscapes and nature shots are impressive. I watched all episodes on https://tv.apple.com/. I hope you enjoy this film as much as I do!
