    Modafinil may help cure depression when taken with standard antidepressants, according to certain research. It should not replace traditional depressive treatments as a first-line therapy. Modalert 200 mg australia is used to wake up people with narcolepsy, OSA, and shift work sleep disorder. It improves alertness and cognition but is not recommended for depression.
